You don’t have to job search alone. Employment Ontario is a program offered by organizations across the province. These employment centres are free of charge and offer a variety of services to guide and support job seekers: resume writing, job interview preparation, job postings, mentoring, networking, job search strategies and so much more. They also assist businesses to help them post jobs and find candidates.

If you need help paying for food or your rent, consider applying for Ontario Works.
It is financial assistance (also known as “social assistance”) from the Province of Ontario. Eligibility depends on the financial situation of your household. Only one application is needed per family. You can apply online, in-person or by phone.
